It was the tile. Go figure.
I’m not a farmhouse fan (sorry not sorry), but it’s true. And yet this tile… I wasn’t even looking for it. Somehow, I just stumbled upon it.
That’s what I had to go on:
- more space needed
- remove the super small vanity and mirrors
- potty room? a dream. clients were open
- room for a walk in shower
- And then I realized the skylight and attic access were non-negotiable. Those weren’t moving.
So there I was, standing in a room, staring at my computer… and then I scrolled past the perfect tile.
That’s when it clicked. This one element was going to be the focal point.
A farmhouse not so farmhouse.
A sleek bathroom.
